Monitored Events

Track existing Alerts through the Alert Operations authority. Compliance acknowledges, records responses, assigns responsible contacts, and escalates; the source module owns event state.

Inbox read/unread is personal. Portal Notification inbox records remain separate from External Delivery evidence. Notifications with an existing validated event target retain that target; unassociated Compliance notifications remain available here.

Due Response & Escalation Levels

A bounded queue of still-open events whose current approved response level reached its configured SLA. Level 0 is Initial Response; Levels 1–9 are Escalations. Acknowledged events remain eligible while their source state is open.
